Discovery:

Understanding your self and others on your team helps overall team health, communication, and effectiveness.

  1. Does it seem like others just don't understand your point?

  2. Do some people seem to be working against the team?

  3. Are you struggling with finding common ground?

  4. Others don’t seem to hear or respect your opinion – or vice versa.

  5. Do you often think to yourself “Talking with them is so frustrating”?

  6. Are you so fed up sometimes that you just walk away from a conversation?

Services:

The DISC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.  Understanding this information about ourselves and peers, and vice versa, allows us to identify and understand our own style, recognize and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.

Using the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessments, Odigos will conduct a ½-day workshop with the leadership team.  In this workshop, you will:

  • Gain insights into their own behaviors and those of others

  • Understand and appreciate the work styles of others

  • Discover how DiSC® styles affect their workplace relationships and explore the priorities that drive them at work

  • Learn what works for them and what challenges them when working with each DiSC style

  • Create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles

Participants will complete the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessment and receive a personalized, 20-page report that provides detailed recommendations and strategies for working with other styles and forging more effective and rewarding relationships with everyone they work with.
