Helping Leadership
Teams Grow Stronger
Odigos partners with leadership teams to create clarity, alignment, and accountability—so your business can thrive and your people do too.
Core Services

Entrepreneurial
Operating System®
(EOS®)
EOS® is a simple, proven system that helps entrepreneurial leadership teams get aligned, gain traction, and achieve more of what they want from their business.
Discovery:
Is EOS Right for Your Leadership Team? Do any of these sound familiar?
Your leadership team is not 100% on the same page.
People are busy, but the most important things are not getting done.
Accountability feels inconsistent.
Meetings create more talk than decisions.
Issues repeat because they are not solved at the root.
You have great people, but roles, responsibilities, and expectations are unclear.
You know where you want to go, but your team is not gaining consistent Traction.
EOS is designed for entrepreneurial organizations whose owners and leaders are growth-oriented, open-minded, willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable, and more afraid of the status quo than change.
Services:
I help entrepreneurial leadership teams implement EOS using the EOS Model®, EOS Process®, and EOS Toolbox™. Together, we strengthen the Six Key Components® of your business:
Vision
Everyone is 100% on the same page with where you are going and how you will get there.
People
You have the Right People in the Right Seats.
Data
You run the business on a handful of numbers that give you an absolute pulse on the business.
Issues
You get issues out in the open, solve them at the root, and make them go away forever.
Process
Your Core Processes are documented, simplified, and Followed By All.
Traction
Your team executes the vision with discipline and accountability, quarter after quarter.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®
The Five Behaviors® mission is to help people build truly cohesive and effective teams that deliver results.
Discovery:
Team dysfunction can destroy, certainly limit, the opportunity for an organization.
Does your team struggle with accountability?
Is conflict unhealthy, or are issues and uncomfortable topics just plain ignored?
Do people agree in a meeting but then go do their own thing afterward?
Are people working toward their own goals – not the collective goals of the team / organization?
Are people honest and willing to share their true opinions, or do they just agree to go with the flow?
Are people defensive?
On the other hand, a productive, high-functioning team has a lot of upside:
Makes better, faster decisions
Taps into the skills and opinions of all members
Avoids wasting time and energy on politics, confusion, and destructive conflict
Avoids wasting time talking about the wrong issues and revisiting the same topics over and over because of a lack of buy-in
Creates competitive advantage
Is more fun to be on!
Services:
Outstanding teams provide a competitive advantage to the business – those that excel in productivity, performance, and relationships. Based on best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® is a unique learning experience that prepares individuals for success in teams. The concepts are coupled with the power of industry-leading workplace assessment tools, including All Types™, in a program proven to deliver business results.
Odigos will facilitate a two-day workshop teaching on The Five Behaviors, how the team and individual’s score on each behavior, and how the individual’s styles contribute to the team’s overall success. The workshop includes reviewing results of the individual and team reports from each person's Assessment, as well as team exercises and activities to build on each of the core behaviors.
The Five Behaviors model:
-
Trust
-
Conflict
-
Commitment
-
Accountability
-
Results
Participants will come out of the training not just with a knowledge of the model and of how the team is currently performing (based on the assessment), but also with specific plans to improve that performance.

Team Communications Using Everything DiSC Workplace®
Goal: help everyone on your team build more productive and effective relationships at work.
Discovery:
Understanding your self and others on your team helps overall team health, communication, and effectiveness.
Does it seem like others just don't understand your point?
Do some people seem to be working against the team?
Are you struggling with finding common ground?
Others don’t seem to hear or respect your opinion – or vice versa.
Do you often think to yourself “Talking with them is so frustrating”?
Are you so fed up sometimes that you just walk away from a conversation?
Everything DiSC® and Everything DiSC Workplace® is a registered trademark of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. or its affiliated companies.
Services:
The DISC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. Understanding this information about ourselves and peers, and vice versa, allows us to identify and understand our own style, recognize and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
Using the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessments, Odigos will conduct a ½-day workshop with the leadership team. In this workshop, you will:
-
Gain insights into their own behaviors and those of others
-
Understand and appreciate the work styles of others
-
Discover how DiSC® styles affect their workplace relationships and explore the priorities that drive them at work
-
Learn what works for them and what challenges them when working with each DiSC style
-
Create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles
Participants will complete the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessment and receive a personalized, 20-page report that provides detailed recommendations and strategies for working with other styles and forging more effective and rewarding relationships with everyone they work with.
